INNOVATE4FUTURE – Center for Advanced Educational Solutions is a private R&D centre focused on innovation and upgrade of the education systems through the application of advanced technologies and the significance of the new learning paradigms in the emerging society.

Innovate4Future develops research projects at regional, national, and European level in the following areas: eLearning technologies (content development and platforms), university social responsibility benchmarking and implementation/improvement strategies, sustainable development, observation of education systems, policies and innovation, labour force shortages and skills mismatch.

The involvement within Arguing at School ERASMUS+ project has been a consequence of the interest related to conflict management in different educational settings, topic that is becoming more and more acknowledged in the last period, due to an increased number of cases aggression and bullying in schools and, unfortunately, cases of school shooting in different parts of the world.

Within Arguing at School, Innovate4Future is involved in the development of the first project result – A methodological framework about quarrelling children, organised the 1st Policy Evaluation Meeting in Bucharest on 12 of May 2023 and will contribute also to the other three results as well as to all the other activities planned within the project.

By being involved in Arguing at School project, Innovate4Future will extend its research and practice portfolio with knowledge related to conflict management in schools and will promote together with the other Romanian partner – “Saint Sava” National College – the need of putting this matter as a priority on school leadership agenda and of updating teachers skills on how to handle conflicts in different school settings.
